You retain ownership of all data you input into the App (menu items, customer information, orders, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for providing the Service.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEFZ LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (currently zero for free users).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chefz Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

The App is designed primarily for users in India. We make no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you use the App from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
